I’m an accomplished Media and Technology professional with a passion for helping world class digital businesses identify new opportunities and build sustainable revenue growth. I have extensive experience in Product strategy, Business Development, Sales Operations, Strategic Partner Management and Program Management within Interactive Advertising, Digital Publishing, and Media. I have expertise in Programmatic and Direct advertising sales channels, publisher monetization strategies, and industry technology solutions. In my fifteen year Google tenure, I helped build and scale multi-billion dollar businesses in fast-paced environments working with cross-functional teams including Sales, Product, Engineering, Legal, PR and Marketing. Most recently, I led the Global Product Commercialization and Go-to-Market Strategy for new Google Ad Manager product development, including Preferred Deals, Programmatic Guaranteed, Supply Path Transparency, and Google’s emerging First-Party identity and audience solutions. As Commercialization lead, my goal was to ensure that the publisher products that Google built were understandable by publishers, met their needs, delivered measurable customer value and drove revenue growth. I spent the first half of my career developing and managing high-value strategic partnerships, negotiating and executing complex agreements, and achieving aggressive business objectives by building trust at all levels of the organization. By successfully influencing business leaders, navigating ambiguity, and managing cross-functional stakeholders, I have a demonstrated ability to deliver results within highly complex global business lines.
