I lead a diverse engineering team across the US in the Industry Aligned Retail portion of Commercial Software Engineering (CSE). We are focused on writing code, and teaching partners how to do it themselves, for their next generation cloud based architectures. We spend a considerable portion of our time teaching partner developers how to use best practices in Azure, GitHub, Azure Dev Ops and just development in general. Our goal is to level up the engineers of our partners to make them more effective at cloud based applications, while also moving their code forward through pair programming and teaming with them on their actual projects.
