Supervises a 15 person team at the system level and oversees six market-based dotted-line reports. Currently directs > 100 active projects totaling approximately $500M in capital investment. Leads CHA sustainability initiatives system-wide, from benchmarking to implementation. Established health system-wide capital planning and real estate acquisition policies and procedures. Led the acquisition and integration of a new interventional cardiology program, including three physicians, and six mid-level providers. Spearheaded the acquisition of a large infusion oncology lab consisting of three providers and 38 staff and an infusion clinic.Directed oversight of $112M in capital projects, including a $48M Central Energy Plant and $2M ICU expansion. Served as executive project leader for estate and construction efforts across 11 major facilities and 400 properties.
