I am an executive level technical account manager with a track record of developing relationships across all levels of customer organizations. My true passion is growing business by aligning customer expectations with organizational objectives. My diverse background in product development and operations and my appreciation for company culture allows me to work across all levels to develop opportunities. Specialties include; product pricing and finance, customer negotiation, product life cycle management, market analysis, technical aptitude and strategic planning.My unique career has been in the medium to heavy duty vehicle industry, including recreational vehicles, commercial vehicles, and buses. I have worked in many technical areas including basic mechanical and structural, electronics, composites, and vehicle systems. I have worked in and lead the design and development of products as well as technical problem-solving areas and project management. I have also served in compliance areas including determination and execution of product recalls. I am also an accomplished departmental leader including hiring and developing new associates.This experience has allowed me to develop core competencies that include strategic planning, process improvement and to become a change agent and an effective business planner.
