When I started I was brought in to build 60 Townhomes. After completing that project I finished up the last phase of the Ladera project and also was responsible for managing the Customer Service. Starting in 2024 i started a 9 unit Multi Family Condo project for Moderate Income buyers which was completed in June 2025. Beginning August 2025 I\'m building 4 Live/Work Units while continuing to take care of the Customer Service needs of our buyers.
