End-to-end ownership of vendor relationships spans bidding and value engineering through delivery and ongoing innovation, ensuring projects meet cost, quality, and aggressive opening timelines. I also have direct responsibility for a multimillion-dollar capital budget, with accountability for how capital is planned, deployed, and optimized.This scope also includes leading the company’s drive-through strategy from pilot to multi-location rollout, integrating infrastructure, equipment, and technology.Earlier in my career, I led enterprise initiatives core to the business, with ownership of third-party delivery expansion, contract negotiation, and ongoing optimization. This work included automating first- and third-party online order acceptance and printing and centralizing menu management across digital platforms. In parallel, I advanced sustainability initiatives at scale through the adoption of eco-friendly receipt paper across the operation and the enterprise-wide rollout of the Too Good To Go platform to reduce food waste from surplus end-of-day meals.I began my career at Just Salad in the field, launching and scaling the Chicago market, which grew into one of the company’s strongest-performing markets and became its second major market outside of New York City. As an on-the-ground operator, I led store operations, partnerships, hiring and development for both salaried and hourly teams, vendor infrastructure, landlord communications, catering, and compliance, while supporting early growth as an extension of the NYC headquarters team. Several team members hired during this early phase continue to serve in leadership roles throughout the Chicago market.
