My forte is understanding process development and how products are conceptualized, manufactured, used, serviced, and retired from raw materials to final assemblies all-the-while considering how users will likely use the product from \"lust\" to \"dust\". I am highly experienced in all aspects of a product\'s life cycle and specialize in integrating people with machines, equipment, and facilities. Basically I could help write for \"How it\'s Made\".I\'m experienced in many aspects of metal fabrication, electronics manufacturing, and industrial & systems engineering. I also have extensive experience in operational sequencing; I can analyze a person\'s ability to interact with tools, materials, equipment, and systems interfaces. With this ability I can put an average time-to-complete any task for any person which is valuable in labor costing, manufacturing efficiency, and continuous process improvement. This ability allowed me to become a Lean Manufacturing Engineer and Kaizen Facilitator. I can work with any process, identify its value stream, bottlenecks, total productive maintenance, and expected throughput.I have worked for DoD in one form or another since I was 17, in and out of uniform, with only a few small breaks in between. Lately I\'ve been working as a systems engineer in the middle of a new process\' life cycle. This is interesting because most life cycles apply to something you can hold or touch. Our team is engineering a multi-platform, multi-service, multi-industry maintenance process that is relatively new to DoD so we are helping pioneer a better way to maintain equipment in the field.Specialization: processes, standards, facility planning, decision theory, risk & opportunity management, requirements planning, analysis, definition, cross-walk, & flow, design & development IAW systems engineering life cycle, design for mfg & assembly, functional architecture & decomposition, Integration, Demand-Flow Technology, Six Sigma, and \"working smarter, not harder\".
