About Jason Laughlin

Experience and passion lead me on an exploration of looking for ways to do things better. Meeting customer needs feeds my passion and desire to create new ways of doing things. Starting in a service center gave me a crash course in banking and the pension for serving the customer. Treasury Management introduced me to a new set of products designed for business as well as new challenges. Several years later and my greatest joy comes from taking challenges that help drive results and improve efficiency.

   Jun 2025 — Present

   Maintain Visa and Mastercard expense databases including invoice management, expense analysis, P&L optimization, and financial impact assessments of fee changes. Develop reporting and lead monthly Visa and Mastercard expense reviews with all lines of businesses including Debit, Credit, Nordstrom, Commercial, and Target. Provide insights and historical trends on network expenses, interchange, and consumer spend. Manage the quarterly Visa Operating Certificate report including managing an Access database, analyzing metrics, and allocating expenses across lines of business based on sales volume.I\'m just getting started.
