That foundation led me to application engineering, where I developed custom-engineered solutions for Metals and Mining industries, and continuous web applications—helping customers solve complex challenges with precision and care.As my career progressed, I took on leadership roles managing strategic partnerships with global clients like Ford Motor Company, DuPont, and Kirby Risk Electrical Supply. Those experiences reinforced the importance of clear communication, transparency, and building trust across regions and organizations. Whether working with multi-region executives or leading teams to remove technical and commercial roadblocks, my focus has always been the same—making it easier for customers to do business and achieve their goals.I thrive on creating customer-centric cultures, driving proactive engagement, building partnerships, and putting systems in place that ensure consistent, high-value interactions. My career here is driven by the joy of knowing our customer-focused approach boosts productivity and sustainability worldwide.I live with my wife and three sons in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, affectionately known as \"The Good Land.\" Outside of work, I serve as President of our local youth wrestling program and travel the country to support my youngest son\'s collegiate wrestling career (Go Minnesota Gophers!). I also enjoy woodworking, sporting clays, and visiting our farm in Indiana.
