I\'ve helped employees escape from oppressive non-compete agreements, recover years and years of unpaid overtime pay, get back wages that were stolen by employers, and helped bring justice for the victims of discrimination because of race, age, disability, and sex. I have helped to protect employees from sexual harassment and retaliation. And I have protected employees’ rights to care for themselves and their families using the job-protected leaves of absence provided for by the Family and Medical Leave Act.
