   Partners with senior leaders to develop and execute Dayforce\'s overall environmental, social and governance (ESG) strategy. This includes building new initiatives that help guide the organization to act responsibly, operate sustainably, and improve outcomes for the communities that it serves.>> Oversees the organization’s ambitious climate strategy, which has included three SBTi-validated near-term reduction targets, a climate scenario analysis, and an internal price of carbon on business travel that funds carbon removal projects.>> Regularly engages the organization’s senior leadership team and board of directors, which includes quarterly updates on the company’s sustainability strategy and performance, as well as trainings on topics such as climate change and the responsible use of AI.>> Participates in annual stewardship meetings with Dayforce’s largest investors.>> Leads an innovative new research initiative that conducts internal data analysis, provides grants to third-party experts, and conducts public surveys to identify workforce trends and advance best practices to improve employee wellness.>> Leads the company’s public affairs strategy on business-critical issues, which includes direct engagement with U.S. House and Senate offices as well as leaders in executive branch agencies.>> Oversaw the development and implementation of the company’s Responsible Sourcing Initiative (RSI), which focuses on vendor engagement to reduce supply chain emissions, advance internal policies to safeguard human rights, and encourage diversity disclosure.
