I’m a serial entrepreneur and city-builder with a passion for reshaping North Carolina through real estate, preservation, and place-based entrepreneurship. and a little bit of NC whiskey. As founder of Monarch Realty Co, I lead a boutique firm specializing in high-end residential sales, historic properties, and investment-grade real estate throughout the Triangle. With over 16 years of experience, dual master’s degrees in Urban Planning and Financial Management, and more than $500M in sales, I bring a strategic, design-minded approach to every deal — from historic homes and luxury estates to new developments and off-market assets.But real estate is just one piece of the puzzle.I’m also founder or co-founder of several ventures that fuel North Carolina’s cultural and economic growth:• Queen Spirits / Cook’s Mill Whiskey – A North Carolina-based craft whiskey brand rooted in agricultural heritage.• Transfer Co. We are proudly headquartered on Fayetteville Street — the historic heart of Raleigh and NC\'s main street.My early work in preservation began in 2010 when, while earning my MBA and MRP, I joined the National Trust for Historic Preservation and Preservation North Carolina, advocating for historic development across the state and country.
