With over 175 employees and 9 locations; we are a strong, growing company with a focus on our three pillars - delivering Authentic food with a strong helping of Southern Hospitality to create an amazing Customer Experience.As CFO, I am responsible for all aspects of financial planning and analysis along with implementation of fiscal controls across all areas of the business with a focus on bottom line profitability. I also lead our Business Development into new revenue streams, product development and expansion into new markets. In addition, I manage the full tech stack for the organization utilizing over two dozen applications from Point of Sale to Financial Management to Customer Loyalty and Retention.
