Previously, I developed corporate strategies and curated advantageous technical solutions for intelligence and defense related systems within AV, BlueHalo and partner organizations. Areas of focus include MASINT (Optical and RF), SIGINT, ELINT, Optical Sensor Systems, Intelligence Data, RF and EO Threat System Modeling, AI/ML for Sensors, and Trusted Systems. He previously performed this work with Riverside Research while also providing A & AS for NAISC. I have more than 20 years of experience in radar and communications systems design and development. As a Manager for Electronic Warfare (EW) Operations Support, he leads the analysis and engineering of solutions for the Next Generation EW Integrated Reprogramming Database (EWIRDB) System (NGES). He has been deeply involved in the integration with the Combined Emitter Database (CED), Opana, Project Shepherd (United Kingdom, Ministry of Defence) and other EW-related programs. The programs that I lead span multiple intelligence organizations within the US. In addition to leading the engineering of technology solutions, I lead a team of analysts and engineers who do the analysis of the signals and systems as well as platform characteristics and performance. Before working on the exploitation of signals and systems, I designed and developed radar and communications algorithms and hardware, providing him end-to-end expertise within EW.

   Mr. Pool participated in drafting and is a signer of the founding charter of the US MASINT Foundation. He chairs the Strategy Committee and is active as a founding member of the Board of Directors. In this role, he promotes MASINT technologies and tradecraft along with acting as a catalyst for collaboration throughout the community.
