I am a labor and employment attorney. My practice includes wage and hour compliance, Trade secrets and confidential information protections and enforcement for incoming and outgoing employees, managing single employee disputes in state, federal, and arbitral forums, counseling on leaves, terminations, hiring, reductions in force, disability accommodations, compensation, pay equity, unconscious bias, immigration and employee mobility, Covid-19 in the workplace and more. I began my practice in 2008 in New York and New Jersey and began my practice in California in 2010. I have practiced both for Plaintiffs and Defendants, in-house, and in private law practice. I bring a balanced and collegial approach to my practice and to my colleagues, peers, and opponents.
