I’m a passionate commercialisation leader with over a decade of experience in digital advertising and programmatic media. My career is rooted in consultative business development, a customer-first mindset, and a knack for delivering creative solutions.Currently, I\'ve taken my first role in Product Strategy exclusively, where I am the Go-To-Market Lead for Twitch Ads, part of Amazon Ads where I work closely with our Product Teams and XFN partners to (hopefully) achieve some world first industry breakthroughs!In my previous role at TikTok, I held several roles, from launching TikTok’s Ad Network (>$1b) to leading Gaming Ad Sales teams (triple-digit growth every year) that empowered game publishers to achieve success in launching and sustaining their biggest franchises. My work helped global gaming brands navigate the ever-evolving digital landscape, unlocking new ways to connect with audiences and drive measurable results.Before TikTok, I scaled the advertising business at King and Activision Blizzard from the ground up, helping it grow to a nine-figure annual revenue run rate in just three years—work that contributed to Microsoft’s historic acquisition of Activision-Blizzard-King. Earlier in my career, I honed my sales and account management expertise at Microsoft, managing top financial sector clients in Microsoft Services before moving to manage media agencies in Microsoft Advertising, where I consistently delivered innovative advertising solutions that exceeded expectations.I hold a degree in Chemistry and Business Management from Imperial College London (currently ranked 2nd in the world), where I received the Outstanding Student Achievement Medal, the highest honour for students.
