Jason’s primary responsibilities include service in all facets of captive management operations ranging from risk retention groups, group captives, and pure captive programs. He is a visible contact for many Fortune 500 companies and private companies offering consultation, implementation, and management services. Throughout my career, I have been responsible for the operations of a significant portfolio of captive insurance companies (pure and group) with services including accounting, underwriting, and regulatory compliance. Over the years I have completed multiple captive feasibility studies and utilization reviews for pure captives, risk retention groups, associated captives, and small insurance companies and have been involved with the set-up of new captive programs in many US captive domiciles. In my current role, I am responsible for the operations of all US captive management offices in the group, as well as being the lead Senior Account Executive on a portfolio of captive insurance companies (pure and group). The office operations under my leadership support captives domiciled in 20+ different captive domiciles, and over 175 captive companies.I am a Certified Public Accountant licensed in the State of Vermont and a member, in good standing, with the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. I am also a licensed property & casualty insurance producer in several US states. I serve on various industry trade association committees and am on the Board of Directors for the Vermont Captive Insurance Association (VCIA) and the International Center for Captive Insurance Education (ICCIE) and the Nevada Captive Insurance Association (NCIA),
