2021 - Named Vice President and General Counsel of Signing Day Sports. Assist the company in transitioning from a private company to a publicly trader company on NASDAQ. Additionally advise and counsel executive team on regulatory compliance and transactional matters, including the mergers and acquisitions, product licensing, intellectual protection agreements, corporate naming rights and television and other media marketing agreements. • 2015- Named Vice President and General Counsel of Aubio Life Sciences to advise company officers and board of directors on a health and beauty regulatory compliance and transactional matters, including the mergers and acquisitions, product chain placement transactions, product licensing, international intellectual protection agreements, corporate naming rights and television and other media marketing agreements.• 2012- Named Vice President and General Counsel of USL club team - Phoenix FC. Responsibilities include the representation of the club in all legal matters, in addition to serving as legal advisor to the Chairman, the Board, and all club departmental directors on all transactional, governance and regulatory aspects of the club. • 2012- While at The Pritchett Law Firm, facilitated and negotiated the use of a multination Argentine corporation’s trademark license to my client’s current emerging manufacturing market in the US, including all revenue sharing, compliance and corporate day-to day operational documents.• 2012- While at The Pritchett Law Firm, negotiated a production agreement with a Chinese manufacturer for a client’s emerging market retail makeup and accessory line, including licensing and confidentiality agreements.• 2010- Assisted NFL Super Bowl Committee XLII with business and legal consultation/representation on game day matters and service contracts while at Fennemore Craig.• 2009 & 2010- Negotiated stadium use agreements between the Arizona Tourism and Sports Authority and the Fiesta Bowl Committee, while at Fennemore Craig.• 2008 – 2011- Managed daily litigation, regulatory and compliance matters for client Burlington Northern Santa-Fe Transportation Company, while at Fennemore Craig.Specialties: General Counsel advisement, corporate transactions, contract drafting and negotiating, business entity development, compliance and regulation, sports and entertainment advisement.
