I began my career working as a procurement specialist. From there I moved on to inside sales, customer project management and sales management. During my sales career I learned how to manage one of the most complex customers in North America for Arrow Electronics. This involved leadership without authority over a geographically dispersed sales team supporting over 200 end customers. We grew our business to #1 market share within three years.In my current role at Motorola Solutions - we are solving for safer.
