Head of Customer Engagement & Business Operations, Omnilab (Google Device Cloud)
Aug 2025 — Present · San Francisco, CA, US
My team is responsible for the commercial strategy and business operations of OmniLab, one of Google\'s most critical infrastructure platforms. In a world with billions of interconnected devices, OmniLab is the engine that ensures software works flawlessly across a chaotic world of hardware—from phones, watches, and TVs to the next generation of smart devices. It\'s the foundational technology behind services developers rely on daily, like Firebase Test Lab, the Pre-launch Report in the Play developer console, and the Google AI Edge Portal. Our mission is to guide OmniLab\'s evolution from a strategic internal asset into a market-facing pillar of the Google Cloud ecosystem. We own the end-to-end business framework to bring this technology to the world, focused on four key areas:• Go-to-Market Strategy & Execution: Architecting the commercial strategy to launch and scale the platform with enterprise customers and partners, making it an integral part of how developers build with Google Cloud.• Customer & Partner Success: Championing the voice of our users to shape the platform\'s future and ensuring our customers and partners are successful at every stage of their journey.• Global Business Operations: Building the scalable operational backbone required for a world-class service, including P&L planning, supply chain, and strategic vendor management.• Platform Vision: Driving the long-term strategy to fulfill the promise of a unified device cloud—making any physical or virtual device in the world as instantly accessible as a virtual machine.
