As an experienced Senior Linux System Administrator in the Enterprise workspace, I am adept at leveraging technology to provide near 100% uptime solutions. I provide technical support for Linux, cPanel, Plesk, InterWorks, VMware, and more. My experience grants me a fluent understanding of Load Balancing and other High Availability solutions. I have a passion for technical documentation, both internal and public-facing, which has led me in new directions. I have published more than two dozen articles on the Liquid Web KB & Tech Blogs. I once designed, implemented, and maintained a Hybrid Windows Plesk + Linux cPanel web server farm servicing more than unique users. Special consideration was necessary to make a Hybrid DNS cluster that serviced both Windows and Linux systems simultaneously. Providing technical support since 2002 I have learned to put the customer\'s needs first by maintaining open, honest, and fully transparent communication. I believe adequate documentation, no matter how trivial, should be accurately and thoroughly explained. I have a history of crafting automation scripting with Bash, Gawk, Perl, Python, or PHP for various system tasks with error trapping and robust logging. I possess the innate ability to pick up with most programming languages or IT technologies as needed to accomplish my goals. I am an expert with the modern LAMP stack web hosting model and have much experience optimizing Linux, Apache, MySQL, and PHP services to take full advantage of its underlying hardware resources.
