Perform to exacting standards supporting measurable portion of daily Wall Street trading. • Managed within budgets. • Served as liaison with external team on capital projects up to $50 million. total sq ft. Oversaw construction, testing, and commissioning. Delivered on time and within budget. • Oversaw upgrade of chilled water plant that had 18-month payback and reduced annual utility costs by $2.4 million.
