ABOUT JASON L.

I am the North of England Employability Lead for The Rail Futures Network.I have several years of experience in the employability sector, where I have gained an IEP Level 2 certification and a Certificate in Education and Training L3.My core competencies include interpersonal and communication skills, attention to detail, and relationship building. I have successfully engaged with a range of local and national employers and employer support organisations, such as LEPs, local government agencies, careers fairs, and chambers of commerce, to promote the Imperial Recruitment brand and proposition. I have also delivered an exceptional level of service to meet all required targets and KPIs while working in challenging and fast-paced environments. My mission is to assist people in finding work, through our Railway Infrastructure Industry courses in partnership with local educational establishments across Northern England.
