   Manage the day-to-day financial operations of the North America consumer application development organization, with a $1B+ annual operating expense and $500M in capital spend, supporting retail and commercial banking, mortgage, branded and private label credit cards. Oversee creation of the annual operating plan, as well as the monthly close, forecasting and variance analysis processes. Manage and develop team of up to 16 employees using continuous feedback and stretch assignments. Act as primary point of contact for multiple business line leaders and CIO’s regarding investment decisions and bridging between application development and finance functions. • Managed the development and rollout of the organization’s new expense allocation and reporting tool suite, based on VMWare’s IT Business Manager with a Cognos reporting layer, which provides granular analysis of spending across all North American consumer businesses and makes consistent, reproducible analysis accessible to a broad audience of users across Finance, Application Development, and Business organizations. • Established uniform reporting formats across North America business lines, eliminating redundant processes and enabling more meaningful comparisons across business units. • Overhauled the software capitalization process to enhance balance sheet reporting capabilities, and amortization forecasting. Oversaw build out of automated functionality to improve Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) capabilities by associating software assets with specific applications. • Collaborated with other senior leaders across multiple functions to deliver 40% growth in active branded card accounts by managing the application development financial due diligence, pricing, and onboarding of the Costco co-branded credit card portfolio.
