   While many companies have built the infrastructure to deliver digital products faster, they are still left simply assuming that what they\'re delivering is what customers even want or need. The reality is that many organizations are stuck sifting through siloed, scattered, and incomplete data, with limited agreement into what to prioritize next. The result is slower release cycles and products that don’t meet customer needs. At Quantum Metric, I\'m working hard to enable our Product Management Team to deliver on the outcomes that enable our customers to success - a few examples include:>> Coordinating and standardizing Alpha, Beta, and GA feature launches with emphasis on quantifiable success criteria >> Sourcing and consolidating both internal and customer feedback (quantitative & qualitative) for PM prioritization >> Building and launching in-platform customer onboarding content, feedback surveys, and research recruiting flows >> Managing the escalation process for customer-reported bugs and issues to ensure our engineers are quickly responding to smaller issues and prioritizing larger tech debt projects >> Facilitating internal product enablement sessions, engineering sprint demos, and monthly all-company product updates
