Jason is the Director of Real Estate at Fine Fettle, a rapidly growing multi-state and vertically integrated cannabis operator in the U.S. with operations in Connecticut, Georgia, Massachusetts, and Rhode Island. Prior to his role at Fine Fettle, Jason was the Director of Real Estate at Parallel, Inc, the largest private multi-state cannabis operator in the U.S. at the time, with operations in Florida (as “Surterra Wellness”), Massachusetts (as “NETA”), Pennsylvania (as “Goodblend Pennsylvania”), and Texas (as “Goodblend Texas”). Outside of the cannabis real estate industry, Jason\'s experiences in commercial brokerage sales at Keller Williams NYC, value creation and asset management of all real estate asset classes at Miami-based former Lennar subsidiary, Rialto Capital, and acquisitions and development at Tampa-based private equity firm and Franklin Street affiliate, Ally Capital Group, have provided him with wide-range expertise in the commercial real estate industry. Raised in Tampa, FL by two highly experienced and successful commercial real estate professionals in their own rights with a self-owned and managed real estate investment company, his passion and understanding of real estate began at a very early age. Below are examples of some of the projects he has completed: • Secured approximately $200M in capital through purchase leasebacks with one of the largest public cannabis REIT in the U.S. to fund four intensive cultivation and processing facility projects in FL (2), PA, and TX. • Grew company\'s real estate portfolio from 8 to approximately 150 leased and owned properties nationwide, including retail and cultivation facilities in FL, MA, PA, and TX to accommodate company\'s expansion to over 2,500 employees in three years. • Revitalized and restructured multiple large underperforming real estate assets, including a hotel portfolio with holdings in Dallas, Denver, Houston, and St. Louis valued at $200M upon exiting,$20.5M land acquisition and development in Minot, ND that included 239 new apartment units, and an 18.47-acre retail development in North Port, FL that included tenants such as 7-Eleven and AutoZone.
