Jason Hall, Co-Chair of Cahill’s Securities Litigation practice group, focuses his practice on the representation of global corporations and leading banks in high-stakes litigation, with particular emphasis on complex securities and antitrust litigation, domestic and international commercial litigation, class action defense, and appeals.Jason also advises corporate boards of directors and their special committees. Past and present representations include AIG, Credit Suisse, HSBC, Prudential, Standard & Poor’s, and UBS, among others.Jason has recently been recognized as a leading securities litigation partner in 2024 rankings by Chambers USA and the Legal 500 US, and has also recently been recognized by Benchmark Litigation and Super Lawyers. In 2023, he was recognized as a General Litigation Trailblazer by The National Law Journal for his precedent-setting win defending Credit Suisse in an antitrust class action, including a complete victory in a jury trial in New York federal court.Jason began his legal career as a summer associate at Cahill in 2003 and was elected to the partnership in 2013. He currently serves as co-chair of Cahill’s Legal Recruiting Committee.
