With over 15 years of engineering and project management experience, I lead a team of 8 Quality Engineers at Samsung Austin Semiconductor, a multi-billion-dollar semiconductor manufacturing site. As a Manufacturing Quality Team Leader and a Senior Quality Engineer, I am responsible for quality program management, root cause analysis, and executive reporting of site-wide quality metrics and trends.I hold a Professional Engineer license and a Certified Quality Engineer certification, as well as a Bachelor\'s in Electrical Engineering and an MBA. I leverage my skills and credentials to drive cross-functional improvement projects, conduct deep dives of quality events, and manage 8D investigations for recurrence prevention and lessons learned. I am passionate about delivering high-quality products and services, and I enjoy mentoring and developing my team members. I am also a Navy Submarine Veteran, with experience in nuclear propulsion, undersea warfare, and naval instruction.
