In this position, I lead the coordination and engagement with New North regional industry alliances, including operational support for the Northeast Wisconsin (NEW) Digital and NEW Construction Alliances. I provide project management oversight for alliance-based activities, including alignment with existing regional or statewide initiatives. Leverage social media and other marketing channels to increase awareness of regional alliance organizations with goal of adding new members and enhanced investor engagement- Lead industry alliance outreach and engagement efforts through strategic partnerships with regional employers, workforce development, educational and community-based organizations- Provide operational support for the NEW Digital Alliance and NEW Construction Alliance- Initiate public relations and marketing promotions to generate publicity and interest in projects and alliances. Maintain websites for alliance organizations and manage social media content- Facilitate the planning of conferences, job fairs, and other events to support the workforce needs of industry in Northeast Wisconsin. Attend as needed- Recommend innovative and effective opportunities for public and private employers to pool resources to achieve project goals and objectives- Design, coordinate, and implement collaborative projects to develop initiatives to improve economic and workforce development- Collaborate with regional partners to align alliance-based activities with existing opportunities and increase engagement across the New North counties- Align strategies to support increased opportunities to diversify talent pipelines and workforce development initiatives.
