Perform frequent audits on claim files to ensure consistent and appropriate handling. • Manage company-wide absenteeism reduction initiatives and leave of absence programs, with a focus on workers\' compensation benefits administration and absenteeism analytics. • Liaison with claims administration vendors (MetLife, Sedgwick and AIG), and work escalated concerns with employees and local human resources support teams. • Developed and facilitated training and website content related to these programs for employees, management and human resources. • Subject matter expert in workers compensation in all 50 states, as well as coordination of these with other federal, state and company-provided benefits.
