   Oversaw Substrate Token Issuer (STI) service deployment and configuration ingestion into Air Gap Clouds, tracking deployment status of the service and overseeing client onboarding issues- Designed and Implemented SN+I-based certificate authentication for the Substrate Token Issuer (STI) service, which manages >1 Trillion token requests per day ( C#), which reduced certificate management and overhead for STI clients with SN+I through low-friction certificate auto-rotation - Facilitated adoption of SN+I authentication by over 600 STI client services across 5+ environments including Microsoft Air-Gap Clouds- Designed and built CBAS Proxy API, the Web API component of CBAS, which serves aggregated data of ~800 M365 Services from an internal Azure Cosmos DB instance to Buildout Coordinator (BoC), reducing API calls at buildout time and creating a documented model for each Sovereign Cloud (C#) which can be used as a reference for future cases- Oversaw efforts to enforce AAD / Entra based Authentication for CBAS Proxy API, assuring authenticated and authorized API calls from CBAS Clients- Implemented early observability features into CBAS Proxy API utilizing Microsoft’s Geneva and open-sourced OpenTelemetry, setting the foundation for the team’s monitoring and alerting for Incident Management
