I consult with employers and HR professionals navigate the ever complicated world of Employee Benefits by providing valuable, competitive, creative, and cost effective benefits strategies. So often it feels like insurance is one size fits all, but there are many more custom options available than business owners think, and these options don\'t need to cost a significant amount, many times less. Through marketing, negotiation, plan design, funding options, market knowledge, and experience we routinely save money and meet budget targets year after year. Our team takes on the critical responsibility to \"watch the store.\" Our office also guides clients through complicated compliance requirements associated with PPACA and ERISA, just to name a few. I like to think I keep employers out of \"jail\".I enjoy educating employees on the variety of benefits offered by their employer and emphasize the value that the employer sponsored benefits package brings to their total compensation. I work as an advocate for my clients and employees to assist with claims or any benefits questions.Utilizing HUB’s countless Employee Benefits resources, I am able to help navigate the complicated compliance requirements of ERISA, COBRA, HIPAA, Section 125, FMLA, and the long list of Health Care Reform requirements such as Employer Reporting, Taxes & Fees, and Affordability calculations. In addition to benefits and compliance consultation, I offer additional solutions for Benefit Technology, Wellness Resources, Strategic Planning, Employee Education, and Communications.
