Provide leadership, set clear team goals, and manage resources effectively to ensure the team has the necessary tools and support. Monitor team performance and identify training needs for appropriate coaching and development • Elicit and document functional, technical and system requirements for the Digital platform • Lead and assist in the design and delivery of enhancements by coordinating with stakeholders and managing timelines • Develop comprehensive test plans and coordinate with the QA to execute testing ensuring a seamless transition from lower environments to Production • Perform risk, impact, and root cause analysis to identify opportunities and deliver high-level recommendations for remediation to mitigate risks and enhance system performance • Develop strategies for improving and further leveraging systems/applications to ensure the Digital platform stable, reliable and aligns with the Business needs/objectives
