I’m a storyteller, cultural connector, and editor with a passion for music, media, and education. As the founder and editor of Psychedelic Scene, founder and former executive director of KTDT, and contributor to Phoenix New Times, I’ve built platforms that amplify the voices and stories behind music and culture.Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of interviewing influential figures including Dr. Andrew Weil, John Densmore of The Doors, Todd Rundgren, and Colin Blunstone and Rod Argent of The Zombies. My work bridges history and the present, offering readers authentic perspectives that algorithms can’t replicate.Earlier in my career, I founded Downtown Radio (KTDT) in Tucson, transforming it into a thriving community station. With a background in counseling, I also bring empathy and advocacy into my work with students, ensuring their voices are heard and their growth supported.
