About Jason Koprowski
Most people treat clarity as a nice-to-have. I treat it as the job. I build decision-ready structure in messy environments, turning ambiguity into priorities, operating rhythms, and numbers you can trust. Over the last 15+ years I have done this across entertainment, aerospace, and government contracting at DOE and NASA, on programs up to $350M, leading teams and keeping high-stakes budgets on track. A pattern I kept seeing: when things feel overwhelming, it is often not because they are impossible, it is because the work is under-structured. Define the question, surface the constraints, choose the few levers that matter, then make the next step obvious. Outside of work, I have been translating that same instinct into personal development. I am building The Progress Formula, a behavior-change framework that applies evidence-based behavior design to help people move from intention to execution. Same craft, different terrain: useful clarity that holds up when someone has to act on it. If you are into decision systems, behavior design, or building simple structure that survives real life, I am always interested in comparing notes. All connections welcome.
