As a Partner at Capstone, my job is to help mentor the 100+ brokers and staff we have into leading the productive and fulfilling lives each desire. By starting with the criteria of hiring for work ethic and attitude, it\'s more about taking what are already highly skilled and driven people and promoting their efforts are pointed in the right direction.At this point, I have 15 years in the multifamily brokerage business. 10 of these years were mainly in the pure \'broker\' seat where I learned a lot having started right before the financial crash in 2009. The last 5 years have been more focused on \"coaching\" and growing successful teams nationwide with a focus personally on the Colorado and SLC teams. I am proud to say that Capstone has opened 5 new offices in the last 12 months and our growth, specifically out West, we are working hard to continue.

Working in commercial real estate, specifically with the teams I do at Capstone, is something that is truly life changing. First off, we are some of the best we are some of the best in the business at brokering mainly value add multifamily properties and MF land throughout the country, something that is always prideful to be a part of. However, to do it within a culture of support and enjoyment that we have created, makes it all truly a place I am blessed to be a part of and that we are always searching for more team members to join. Our main attributes for success are work ethic and attitude and our view is that with a team of those people, we will find the successes we are working towards.
