I am a Client Services Professional with more than 14 years of successful experience in resolving client specific issues, managing projects, and maintaining positive customer satisfaction. Most recently, I was an Application Support Consultant with Ontario Systems. My responsibilities included in depth troubleshooting and resolving client specific issues with proprietary software, creating resolution documentation for those issues, and leading client’s migrations and upgrades of one of the proprietary software. Prior to that job, I was the General Manager of Silver Towne Mint. My responsibilities there included managing more than 25 employees and all aspects of the precious metals mint. My key strengths include achieving results, being highly productive and successful. An example of this is when one of Ontario Systems’ larger clients called in with a specific issue but their rep wasn’t available so I took the call. After working through the issue with the client to find the root cause, we quickly resolved the issue and educated the client at the same time. Afterwards, the client contacted my supervisor and stated this was the best support the client had ever received. It later came to my attention that this client was on “High Alert” with our company, having weekly conference calls with our management team. I am recognized as a dependable, logical, and productive team member with excellent project management skills.
