Key Accomplishments and Responsibilities: • Enhanced and expanded the Privacy monitoring and testing program to ensure business adherence to the global privacy program. • Improved the templates and process for creating and delivering client-facing Privacy communications. • Advised internal clients on compliance with legal requirements and Fiserv’s privacy policies, notices, standards and procedures to help build and sustain a global data privacy and protection program. • Completed privacy-related risk assessments in all aspects of Fiserv\'s businesses to identify key areas of risk, and to prioritize activities accordingly. • Monitored for new laws, regulations, and associated guidance, both locally and globally, and assessed applicability and actions required to ensure compliance. • Led or supported Privacy Impact Assessments, Data Subject Request responses, and outstanding Enterprise Risk Management issues. • Started an effort to standardize and improve the global data retention process.
