Responsibilities- Facilities & Maintenance Manager responsible for maintaining the property, physical infrastructure and equipment. Lead the facilities teams, drive priorities and make critical facilities & maintenance decisions in a timely manner- Provide leadership to ensure facilities & maintenance projects, programs, initiatives and activities are completed on time, with high quality, within budget constraints & meeting customer requirements- Partner with the business leaders and department managers to develop & drive the facilities strategy, improvements, upgrades and modifications- Develop proposals for site improvements, property development, office & shop layout changes, & other facility updates- Develop & maintain performance metrics for the facilities & maintenance projects & utilize the metrics to drive accountability within the facilities & maintenance teams- Support all plant objectives for Schedule Attainment, Yield, Labor & Overtime, Productivity, cost controls and Lean Manufacturing- Coordinate with manufacturing, engineering & other business teams to ensure operational efficiency goals are met- Ensure compliance with environmental health & safety requirements.
