ABOUT JASON WARE

I am excited to announce I joined PGS Worldwide, LLC as a Sr. Aerospace Recruiter. Our Mission: Inspiring excellence by bringing together remarkable candidates with exceptional opportunities for extraordinary accomplishments. I am forever grateful for the opportunity given to me almost twenty-six years ago at Electronic Data Systems (EDS). Aerotek, recruited me as a young software developer recently out of college working in my first professional role. The contract was to be three months, it started August 12, 1996 and ultimately, I transitioned to a full-time employee at EDS August 17, 1998. During my career EDS changed names, ownership and leadership becoming Hewlett Packard, Enterprise Services and ultimately DXC Technology, LLC. My knowledge and experience increased over the years while working with many terrific leaders, colleagues and most of all clients. After my first eight years in the telecommunications industry, I transitioned to account leadership in the insurance industry. From November 2002 through December 2019, my role was as close to perfect as I could have imagined. I was able to perform all functions of running a business including marketing, sales, contract management, providing service excellence for more than 250+ insurance clients, forecasting, financials, technical and overall product direction. Our business partner re-architected their solution removing their immediate need for our participation. I transitioned to a new opportunity within the insurance vertical. As this new role progressed, I could not ignore my overall desire to be more involved with relationship management which brings me the most satisfaction. My passion for building relationships in concert with an opportunity offered to me from PGS Worldwide, LLC led me to my decision to grow in a new direction. I extend my most sincere gratitude, heartfelt thanks and best wishes to all of the literally thousands of employees and clients to which I had the good fortune to meet along the way. Building meaningful working relationships and more importantly friendships is #1 for me.@JasonJWare
