Four years later, we earned a B — the first time in eight years — by rebuilding every system that mattered. Instruction. Culture. Data. Relationships. All of it. Here\'s what four years of relentless work looks like on paper: 175-point schoolwide performance gain through redesigned PLC structures, real-time data cycles, and targeted interventions — Students with Disabilities proficiency more than doubled — from 17% to 39% — across 339 students through inclusive scheduling, the FRAME Routine, and differentiated coaching — Chronic absenteeism cut nearly in half, outperforming district averages across every threshold — 93.2% staff satisfaction | 89% favorable leadership rating | 74.9% family satisfaction — 64.8% student sense of belonging — built through sustained SEL integration and intentional relationship structures And beyond the grade: Founded the first U.S. middle school Esports & Finance Scholastic Academy — Introduced Cambridge International Educational programming — Launched a competitive Debate Team, expanding student voice and academic rigor — Brought Introduction to Engineering Design to Legacy, creating new STEM pathways — Supported and grew a competitive Robotics team competing at state and national levels — Secured cross-sector partnerships generating recurring revenue streams and expanded student pathways None of this happened because the conditions were right. It happened because we decided it would. Before education, I spent nearly a decade in professional football — Green Bay Packers, Oakland Raiders, BC Lions, and Hamilton Tiger-Cats. 2006 Grey Cup Champion. 2008 CFL All-Star. That career taught me one thing that transferred completely into school leadership: championship culture is a system. You build it intentionally, you protect it daily, and you never mistake talent for execution. Football taught me how to execute. Education taught me how to lead. Legacy is where both came together.
