I am seasoned senior level technologist with over twenty five years of experience. Over this time I have served in a variety of roles, including; system analyst, project manager, training coordinator, instructional technologist, system administrator, engineer, and Director of IT. These positions have helped me develop an understanding of how organizations fit together and use that understanding to serve as a thought leader as I develop, communicate, and execute transformational vision to improve efficiencies and impact lives.What I most enjoy about working in this field is the opportunity to work with, and learn from, individuals at all levels of the organization. These interactions create windows to identify opportunities for improvements in productivity and performance through innovation, culture, and education.Strengths- I have a futuristic vision. I am constantly investigating emerging technologies and experimenting with how they can bring efficiencies to the organization- I seek out relationships and have empathy for others. I care about the people I work with and strive to find common interests to build and maintain community- I adapt. In all roles, especially IT, the environment is constantly evolving.
