The Young Professionals Group (YPG) is NAIOP SoCal’s industry-leading professional development and leadership program. Each year, 35 real estate professionals are selected to take part in a 12-month, 70-hour course designed to educate, develop, connect and elevate the commercial real estate industry’s emerging leaders. The program offers instruction in critical components of the real estate industry, personal and professional development coaching from MBA-level instructors, extensive networking and relationship-building activities, and guidance from leading industry executives through an intimate speaker series exclusive to YPG.

ABOUT JASON IOANNIDES
Mr. Ioannides is an Assistant Vice President at Banc of California on the Real Estate and Commercial Banking team. He is responsible for evaluating new opportunities, managing all aspects of transaction execution, performing property and financial underwriting, and facilitating third parties. He actively manages his own portfolio, building relationships regularly with both existing clients and new prospects, and represents the bank in core markets helping drive organic growth. Mr. Ioannides joined Banc of California in 2021 after serving as an investment associate at Sole Source Capital in which he helped qualify investment opportunities, conduct all aspects of financial due diligence, and manage existing portfolio companies. Prior to Sole Source Capital, he was an investment banking analyst at BB & T Capital Markets in which he worked in mergers and acquisitions across a number of industry verticals and was the sole analyst for the Real Estate Investment Banking and Advisory group. He began his career in GE’s rotational Financial Management Program within GE Power and Corporate.
