Worked in the Trust & Safety organization, where we fight spam and abuse on most of Google’s key products- Managed three teams of Trust & Safety Engineers, covering Search, Safe Browsing, and Cloud. Worked with 3 analyst teams and 3 different partner software engineering teams- Acted as a tech lead for the global Search Quality operations team, helped set strategy and quarterly goals. Reviewed code, design docs and proposals, and delivered trainings- Helped design, build and maintain leads management and review queueing systems - handling 100K+ of leads and 10K+ reviews per day- Helped design and build large-scale, complex MapReduce pipelines to process TBs of data. Provided Google Bigquery tables to analyst teams as large as 80B rows- Designed RPC services and APIs, real-time Pub/Sub flows- Served on global Hiring Committee for several technical roles, interviewed candidates, and mentored new hires and less senior engineers.
