I lead Refrigeration Heroes, a commercial HVAC/R service company built for customers who need more than a vendor that shows up, patches the issue, and disappears. We support the people who carry the pressure when equipment fails: facilities teams, operators, managers, and owners who need clear communication, sound judgment, and work done right. I built this company around a simple idea: trust is earned through standards. Consistent communication. Honest assessments. Real accountability. People who care enough to do the job right and disciplined enough to say the hard thing when it matters. Before building Refrigeration Heroes, I spent years in the Army. The lessons that mattered there still matter here: clear expectations, personal accountability, and standards that do not bend when things get inconvenient. Those principles shape how we lead, how we serve customers, and how we build our team. Most of what I share here is about leadership, culture, growth, and what it actually takes to build a serious independent service business.
