   Provide technical support for CVS Health’s Field Technician Services (FTS) department during the rebrand and transition of Bartell Drugs and Rite Aid stores and pharmacies across Washington State. Responsibilities span server maintenance, hardware/software installs, and cybersecurity awareness training—all while prioritizing exceptional customer service and ensuring seamless integration of stores into the CVS Health ecosystem.Key Responsibilities:Perform preventative maintenance on server racks, customer kiosks, point-of-sale hardware and software (including ACO systems and cash registers), and pharmacy-specific networked devices.Support enterprise-wide cybersecurity by conducting anti-tamper hardware checks, educating onsite staff, and coordinating with Loss Prevention, FTS, and Help Desk teams.Install and configure PC workstations, printers, scanners, and security cameras at retail and pharmacy locations.Document daily tasks, technical issues, and resolutions in the FTS system to ensure traceability and knowledge sharing.Build and maintain strong relationships with onsite and remote staff, serving as a trusted point of contact for technical support.Represent the FTS department professionally across all CVS Health interactions.Contribute to maintaining “nine-nines” hardware and network availability across all supported systems.
