Handle deployments to all environments, Dev, UAT, Prod and DR. Work with business continuity officers to document and refine the disaster recovery process for each on-prem and cloud applications. Monthly testing of DR environments to ensure they are always ready to take over with an SLA of less than 4 hours. Troubleshoot server level connectivity issues after all changes as needed.(FW, Load Balancers, IIS whitelisting / blocking) New client stand-ups, Client decommissioning for each application. AWS environment management (Including EC2, RDS, S3 buckets, CloudWatch, Load Balancers, Auto-scaling groups, other AWS services) Azure DevOps pipeline management Creating automation processes in UrbanCode Deploy. Creating documentation for the service desk and India resources to troubleshoot or resolve issues before escalation is needed. Perform ongoing performance tuning, hardware upgrades, and resource optimization as directed. Use and create Powershell scripts for troubleshooting, maintenance, incidents, and requests.
