As business owner, creating an operation that can run successfully and a turn a profit without your daily presence is a challenge that can be fun or exhausting and more than likely a lot of both. Knowing what and when to delegate is a huge part of using your resources to get to operational independence. It\'s a work in progress that is almost like perfection as it seems to always be out of reach. A commitment to excellence as a repeatable behavior takes dedication and perseverance. But getting your team to \"buy-in\" can be quite rewarding as you get to see those you serve express their appreciation for a great customer or patient experience depending on your industry. Having started and or operated businesses in various industries, it has been a blessing to be able to glean many different informational nuggets of quality. Being a business owner has its freedoms and its chains, but the flexibility, uncapped earning potential, and the ability to serve others through creating opportunities is immeasureable.

   Katalyst Wellness was created to offer patients a platform to improve their quality of life. Using blood work diagnostics for testing hormones, vitamins, and food sensitivities we can rebalance a patient\'s scale of difficulty when it comes to overcoming symptoms or reaching their personal fitness and wellness goals. Hormones play a vital role in internal physical, mental and emotional health. Deficiencies or imbalances end up reflecting outwardly and present themselves via symptoms that negatively impact daily living. At Katalyst Wellness we use a three pronged approach to help identify and reduce symptoms and shorten the gap to individual goals. The Doctor takes into account the patient\'s lab results, symptoms, and goals when creating a customized treatment plan that will mitigate negative symptoms and help accelerate progress.Whether a patient decides to enroll in a care plan or not, the blood work diagnostics alone is a great tool to identify what could be holding them back from reaching their wellness goals or could identify hidden red flags that could get progressively worse down the road if left untreated. Unfortunately, insurance does not cover this type of preventative therapy. It is usually reactionary based in how it is applied. Thus, we pick up where insurance companies fall off and we look to treat the root cause of the issue by using non-pharmaceutical based compounds.
