Over the past 15 years, I\'ve managed customer training and IT consulting initiatives at B2B SaaS and federal IT consulting companies like Box, LinkedIn, Glint and IBM. My expertise is in instructor-led training (ILT), curriculum development, customer onboarding, learning management system (LMS) administration, and product documentation.Throughout my career, I\'ve had a consistent track record of building engaging, scalable customer education programs. For example, at Glint, I built and managed the Glint customer education program to $1m in client presence in the first year. Within three years, I scaled the program to 50 courses localized across 18 languages. I also launched a for-pay training catalog and delivered $100K+ in custom training (in-person and virtual) in the first 18 months of the program.I\'m passionate about working cross-functionally as a leader and manager. I regularly partner with product, engineering, marketing, and externally with third party contractors to incorporate timely product updates and localization changes in training content. In past roles, I served as a trusted advisor to senior leadership at Glint and LinkedIn (through VP levels) for reporting of customer learning operational measures and their connection to business value.
