Built and lead teams with responsibility for Product Operations and Portfolio Management and mello (next generation) products for Customer Acquisition, Sales, Customer Experience, Operations, and Enterprise Platforms- Designed and delivered industry first Dual AUS and a multi-vendor approach for digitally validating assets, income, and employment across Consumer, Sales, and Ops experiences. Scaled from 0 to over 16k interactions per day resulting in 37% higher funding conversion, 30% lower vendor cost, and 16-day faster funding time.
